The term “human development” describes how people change physically, mentally, emotionally, and socially throughout their lives. This also includes how people learn, acquire skills, fit into society, and become increasingly independent. The concept is multi-faceted and takes into account not only progress in the economy, but also aspects such as culture, education, health, employment, and social security and protection – all areas addressed by MCG interventions.
MCG is fully committed to supporting investment, private sector development, and economic growth while placing great emphasis on sustainability and comprehensive development. Thanks to our track record of more than 20 years, we will continue to maintain long-term partnerships with a wide range of donor organizations, including the European Commission, GIZ, World Bank, USAID, and the African Development Bank, including successful technical assistance and capacity building projects run by MCG-Experts. By sharing resources and expertise, technical assistance gives countries the tools they need to improve infrastructure and productivity, boost economic growth, reduce poverty, and promote global stability. MCG will focus on various aspects of economic development. Ministries, governments, public bodies, and non-governmental stakeholders will receive technical support and capacity building from MCG in the short and long term.
